At the Hinesburgh Public House, one part of our 5 part mission is to supper local farmers, food and beverage producers. As much as financially possible and seasonably available, we buy local. All our beef comes from LaPlatte Angus Farm in Charlotte. Bacon and pork comes from just across the river in New Hampshire - North Country Smokehouse. Produce is purchased as available from surrounding farms or through an aggregator, Black River Produce. Most of our cheeses are from Grafton or Cabot. Our coffee is Vermont Coffee. 100% of draft beers and ciders are Vermont brewed. We offer a full line of Vermont spirits.
